Top Tips for Bead Loomers: magnets for bead looms!

Bead looming is fun! But what's not so fun is mislaying your beading needle 😞 I'm sure we've all done it.

A cool feature of the Beadsmith Ricks Beading Loom and Little Ricky is they both have magnets to keep your needle safe. I've often wondered why all looms don't come with a magnet?

Last week, after yet again scrabbling around for a needle on a dark carpet, I decided to take action!

I went onto eBay and searched for 'sticky magnets' and found the perfect item!

These self adhesive magnet circles are just the job for sticking to my looms 👍

Seed bead mad (not just looming crazy!)

As you will learn in future blog posts, I was fascinated by seed beads before I’d even heard of looming! Shall I do a blog series about my collection?

A load of looming looms!

Hi there all you loomers and loom fans! Something’s looming! This is an aerial view of some retro looms from my collection. Don’t they look fun? Some are by kids toy manufacturers, some are from craft suppliers. Some I don’t know who they were made by! Stay tuned for a series of blog posts about my looms!
